What A Difference A Day Makes
Spring in the Rockies, and Wyoming in particular, really sucks. It's this time of year that I really wish I lived somewhere else. It's still winter here while everyone else is enjoying spring. Yesterday morning looked like this:

And 24 hours later - this morning - this is what it looked like:

Big difference, and while it looks nice in todays pictures, it was still cold. And the really good news is that we're supposed to get another inch of snow tonight, so I'm sure tomorrow morning will look like yesterday. It's a vicious cycle. If I didn't have to be a somewhat productive member of society, I'd just stay home and craft and drink until July when our 4 weeks of summer finally show up.
Happy Thursday.
Steph

I know how you feel - we live in the San Luis Valley, CO. It's still windy and cold, and spring storms are common. The trees are finally budding, so there's some hope....
Stay warm.

Condolences! I couldn't do it, even though I'm not a fan of real hot weather. It will be here soon, though.

We have the cold and clouds but no more white stuff. You really got hit, but the good thing is doesn't last this time of year. Hopefully you'll get some of the heat we're expecting later this weekend.

Shocking! You're welcome to come to KS and enjoy our spring. I hate the allergens but I love the 4 seasons. Have you postponed your blog reading until you see spring? It seems like torture to read and see good weather when you have none yet.

Tell me about it, April was so nice here in Buffalo, then the ice went out and it has been COLD! It snowed today, I can't wait for summer.

I guess you aren't the person to complain about our 100 degree heat wave in Southern California this week:)
I remember laying out one afternoon in college in Nebraska years ago and even getting a little sunburned....and that night....it snowed.
