Happy Friday
The weather here is terrible again. This winter has really been bad. It's snowing and blowing again, and it seems like a good weekend to stay inside and knit (and to be really glad I don't have to worry about driving to a job I hated). I hope you have a great weekend and stay warm (or cool depending on where you live). Tonight will be spent spinning and I think I'm going to try to spin the alpaca - something new and different. I'll leave you with a little western eye candy. Happy Friday.

What an awesome photo! Do you guys do the feet yourself? I have a great ferrier for the donks, who actually appreciates longears (not common amongst ferriers), but I still aspire to learn how to safely and correctly trim. Sorry you have gotten our winter weather plus your own this year.

Now, if you could get him to shear sheep, too, you might have a new career goal: shepherdess! Happy spinning/knitting this weekend. I'm doing QIVIUT right now, just to see if I remember how to spin the fine stuff!

Hey, enjoy the alpaca! I really like spinning it (I'm a spindler, not a wheeler, though so take my opinions with some salt).

Congrats on leaving a job you hated! I hope something fabulous comes along. The weather in Iowa is cold and crummy too. I don't plan on leaving the house much this weekend.
