Eye Candy Friday
The weather has turned cold again. I'm not sure what the official low was last night with the wind chill, but at 7:00 the weather station said it felt like -30 at my house. Yesterday was spent getting extra blankets for the horses and straw for the barn (and about 15 other errands) to prepare for the super cold weather. The wind blew the road shut again last night, so I didn't even make it to karate. I've been knitting and today I'm going to finish the pajama pants I cut out yesterday. Despite the cold and the wind, the snow is pretty when you can stand to be outside in it.

What a great picture.
on Tuesday it was 10 degrees in Iowa at my parents, going below freezing overnight, and it was 54 at my brother's in Fairbanks, Alaska, 54 above zero not below. Now tell me that's not insane!

I would love some snow. It's just cold and dry. If it's gotta be this cold, it should at least have a little storm with it. I can't believe that I'm jealous of your weather!

We've been cold, but not THAT cold yet! The snow they predicted for us last night and this morning never materialized, but we're gettng some tonight with frigid temps coming in behind. Very arty photo..hope you print that and get it framed!

wow its really cold where i am too(n.y) sometimes i cant sleep and i relized that i kick my covers off of my bed and it gets even colder. well i hope that you are enjoying the snow thats the beauty of winter right.lol.so stay warm
