I'm Still Alive And Well
Thanksgiving went well. My mom, mom-in-law, and I had a good day knitting and cross-stitiching while we watched football.
The boys built a barn. I'll try to take some pictures of it tomorrow. I'm always so impressed with the stuff Travis knows how to do.
Yesterday I was very brave and went shopping with my mother-in-law. The mall was a bit crazy, but luckily we didn't stay too long. Target was nuts too, but I can endure a lot for Target!
I've made a lot of progress on Ronnie and I'm quite pleased with myself. I finished the first sleeve on Thanksgiving Day and I'm about half way through the second sleeve now. I hope I'll be able to get a lot done on it tomorrow and maybe even get it finished by the end of the week! Having one Christmas present finished would make me feel a lot better.

Hey Stephanie - It sounds like you had a great day with your family. My MIL loves needle work, but my poor mother just can't finish anything! I have tried to get her going but she would just rather I do it for her. So little time. . . I'm impressed Travis can build a barn. Kevin can do construction when he's on a mission trip, otherwise he's not so good with a hammer and nails. Looking forward to seeing the barn.

Sounds like a good Thanksgiving, except for the shopping bit - thats my worst nightmare - you're very brave. Glad you made some good progress on your xmas projects!

Glad you had a great holiday with your family! Phew, glad you made out okay with the shopping. It was pretty crazy at the yarn store on Friday :)
