I Met My First Blogger
In person. In Laramie. Last night. How cool is that? Very cool in my book. Spinnerella is on her way from Connecticut to Park City, Utah for SOAR and my little spot in the world happens to be on the way. So, we met for dinner last night. She and her husband are wonderful and charming and very interesting and we had a lovely time. Being good bloggers we took pictures, but I have to tell ya, I think she got all the good ones on her camera because the 2 on mine aren't so hot. But, here they are (disregard the drunk look on my face, I wasn't, really).
It was great to finally meet another blogger. We had lots to talk about and it's like we've been friends for years. Isn't blogging great? And, Marcia gave me the loveliest stitch markers that she made herself. Knitters are such generous people.
All in all, a wonderful evening and a great experience.

Awww how sweet, and how wierd, I meet my first blogger this weekend. My aunt would like those stitch markers, she's a big fan of tourquoise.

Oh, that's so fun! I've been in the same room with some other bloggers, but never actually met them. So it isn't just those of you who live out in nowhere!

Lucky you! Everyone I know thinks the words "knit" and "blog" together are just a little crazy. I would be great to meet a fellow patient of the institution. =)

I think that is so fun! I haven't met another blogger yet. I ask occassionally if I meet a fellow knitter and always get "I don't have time for that". Oh well, their loss.

Hi, Stephanie! Don't forget, my husband took those photos, so blame him! We had a great time, and thank you much for helping us out with that little "incident." I'm knee deep in learning how to spin the yarn to knit socks....WAY over my head in this class!
