Knitting?

There was no knitting around here last night.  I got a couple of new books at Barnes and Noble yesterday and just had to read them last night.  The finishing book is quite good.  Easy directions and good illustrations for basic techniques, it should be a good reference book.  The baking book is fabulous.  There is a great discussion of the science behind successful baking, as well as detailed information about various ingredients and tools.  I just started on the bread chapter, but I can hardly wait to try some of the recipes.

I didn't have a single knitting package last night.  Nothing from Knit Happens, nothing from Knit N Tyme, and nothing from the Knitting Garden.  Maybe tonight.  Have a good day.
