I Survived

It was scary - mostly just the unknown and the weird sounds and smells, but I strangled the stuffed dog they gave me and everything seems to be ok.  I can't see great yet, but a lot better than I had before.  We'll see how things shape up over the next few days.  I worked a lot on my sock, but have managed to break another ebony needle - and I don't even knit tight.  I'm going to try to spend some quality time with the phildar cardi tomorrow.  Maybe I'll get the back finished.
