A New Look in Legwarmers

A friend sent me this picture yesterday.  She knows that I've been struggling with my legwarmers and wanted to show me how she knits them.  Apparently, you just have to put an order in with Mother Nature and poof - legwarmers!  Isn't he the cutest?

Laundry, packing, lists, and stress are on my agenda this week.  I have two loads of laundry left tonight and then it's time to start getting everything put together.  While this is happening I also need to get Riley ready to go to a friend's house to stay.  Although she may never speak to me again after he stays.  He thinks that when the sun comes up, it's time to get up.  Which was at 5:20 this morning.  Nothing like a considerate house guest who wakes you up at the crack of dawn (literally) to make you hate your friends and their pets!

In knitting news, I did work on my sock a little bit last night.  I have about 2 inches of the needed 3 completed for the heel flap.  I think I'll stay in for lunch and work on it.  I'll maybe even get the heel flap finished and then I can pick up stitches tonight!  I'm anxious to finish because I really want to start on the Rebecca Wrap Cardi.  Have a great day.
